Queermix: Queer EnglishDiscussion Group

Queermix is a loosely moderated English discussion group every first Wednesday of the month. The topics get suggested by the group and set in advance. If you want to know what the topic is, you can ask in an email a week before the group.
The event is held at the Regenbogenhaus Zürich (Rainbow House) in the Rooms: House of Books and House of Fluid. The group is open to all and any queer or questioning individuals. No registration necessary, just drop by!

The group usually follows the same structure. It starts with general information and a greeting followed by an introduction round including names, pronouns and everyone’s queer identity. Followed by a topic introduction and short input which leads to an open discussion lasting ca. 85 minutes, with a 20-minute break in the middle. The group gets concluded with a Take-Away-Round. Where everyone is free to make a finishing statement, share something that stuck with them or give Feedback and topic suggestions.
