A place to talk, listen, and connect
Queermix is a relaxed and welcoming loosely moderated discussion group where you can share your thoughts, hear different perspectives about queer topics and personal experiences, and meet new people – all in English.

What is it about?
Each month, the group explores different topics. The topics get suggested by the group and set in advance. If you want to know what the topic is, you can ask in an email a week before the group. Some are light and playful, others more personal or political. There’s no pressure to say anything – you can join the conversation at your own pace.

Who is it for?
The group is open to all and any queer individuals, or are still questioning.

What to expect
The group usually follows the same structure:

It starts with general information and a greeting followed by an introduction round including names, pronouns and everyone’s queer identity. Followed by a topic introduction and short input which leads to an open discussion lasting ca. 85 minutes, with a 20-minute break in the middle. The group gets concluded with a Take-Away-Round. Where everyone is free to make a finishing statement, share something that stuck with them or give Feedback and topic suggestions.
